How long is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time for a custom order is around 2 weeks. If you need it earlier, please reach out to us and we'll try to accomodate.
Will my custom orders be final sale?
Yes, due to the unique nature of customized products, returns and exchanges will not be available. We will do our best to confirm all details of the order before we begin the customization process.
How are your custom items made?
Our custom goods are produced in house with globally sourced materials. Our carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
