How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $70 (before tax) will receive FREE shipping worldwide, wow! And all orders under $70 (before tax) will only cost $7 flat rate shipping fee worldwide!
When will I receive my order?
Now that you've found your treasures your order will be processed and sent out at the end of each week.
We have the estimated shipping time in the handy dandy chart below! Please keep in mind that this is an estimate only.

Any delays caused by customs or the post office will temporarily be held hostage by the shipping company.

There are occasions where the package may be held a bit longer for processing. We recommend some meditation during peak seasons due to high volume! So don't procrastinate on that gift buying.
I live nearby, can I pick up my order?
Hey Tigercats, we have a FREE porch drop-off for those living in the Hamilton area. Hammer pride! Simply select the option "FREE Local Delivery" during check out. All drop-offs will be hand-delivered to you within three business days. Remember to provide your mobile deets so we can keep you updated when the sweet sweet swag is coming your way!
What's your return policy?
We're only hoomans, sometimes we make mistakes. It's all good! Please follow the guidelines below that best fit your needs.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer refunds. However, we do exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if there's an error in your order on our part. Please feel free to contact us and we will quickly work with you to make the exchanges necessary. We aren't responsible for the return shipping fees.
We have no control over lost/stolen packages, errors at the post office, mistakes in addresses, or if a seagull flies away with your pin. We recommend double-checking your shipping address and keep an eye on your tracking number to keep away those pesky aerial thieves.
